Dear Beloved Members of the Lasallian Family:

The De La Salle Brothers of the Philippine District officially gathered from 29 November to 01 December 2007 for part 2 of the 13th District Chapter, a process we started in May 2006.

During our prayers and discernment, the Brothers expressed a common sentiment and concern over the continued moral degeneration affecting the government, which has spawned widespread despair and numerous social and political problems.
